FTIFA DUBAI - PATHWAY TO PRO
Pathway To Pro offers players access to world class facilities, and UEFA A level coaching, as well as a direct pathway into Fleetwood United in the UAE First Division. These pathways provide a platform into professional football around the world.
Our Mission

- To provide opportunities to play professional first team football with Fleetwood United.
- To maximise the opportunity of turning professional utilising Fleetwood Town Football Group and partner clubs in over 10 different countries.

THE JA RESORT
Players on the Pathway To Pro programme will train and stay in the Jebel Ali Group accommodation with access to some of the best football facilities in the world that are regularly utilised by Premier League clubs during their winter breaks. Players will have access to:
- Grass football pitches.
- Gyms.
- Recovery stations.
- Nutrition.
- Changing rooms and showers.
- Physiotherapy.

MICHAEL RICE
Fleetwood United and FTIFA Dubai head coach. Michael has experience working for Premier League club, Liverpool FC and has coached professionally in Dubai for over 3 years.
ANDY COLLINS
Manager of the Fleetwood United first team and FTIFA Dubai Pathway To Pro.
AYERE SYLVESTER
Ayre is a UEFA B licensed coach with a wealth of experience working within the UAE. He is the FTIFA Dubai technical coach and Fleetwood United first-team assistant coach.
